Who Can Apply?
The Tourist eVisitor Visa (Subclass 651 is available to almost all British and EU nationals traveling to Australia for short-term tourist visits.
- Visa Validity: This visa is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and permits multiple entries across the validity period.
- Length of Stay: You will be permitted to remain in Australia for up to 3 months consecutively. You can make multiple entries of up to 3 months at a time.
- Purpose of Travel: The Tourist eVisitor Visa permits the holiday to visit Australia for the holidaying, cruising, visiting friends/family and, in some cases, study for up to 3 months.
How To Apply?
- Apply Online: Your employer must first be an approved Standard Business Sponsor or have applied for Standard Business Sponsorship. They will need to lodge a nomination application for your role.
- Download Application Pack: In some cases, you may need to submit an EOI through the SkillSelect system, detailing your skills, qualifications, and work experience.
- Request Postal Application: Once the nomination is approved, you can apply for the TSS Visa (Subclass 482) through the ImmiAccount portal. Ensure you complete the application accurately and provide all required information.

When you submit your application to us you’ll need to provide us with the following documents which can be uploaded to our website when using our online form:
- COPY OF PASSPORT – A copy of the photograph page of your passport. Your passport must be valid for at least the entire duration of your proposed stay in Australia.
- ACRO POLICE CERTIFICATE – If you have ever been convicted of any crime, in any country, you MUST provide a copy of an ACRO Police Certificate dated within the last 6 months.
